A new and unique way to study together with Finnish teachers. Half of the participants are from Finland; the other half are from other countries.
Connect and share peer-to-peer experiences with your group via WhatsApp.
The training is conducted through presentations, discussions and teamwork via Teams. The course consists of three themed sessions, each lasting three hours. Between training sessions the participants will implement the training content in their own work.
After finishing the training program you will get an official certificate signed by the city of Oulu Educational & Cultural Services and VisitEDUfinn.

Pauliina Kanervo (Master of Arts , German and English philology) works as the Quality Manager and Head of Advisory Teachers in the Educational and Cultural Services of Oulu. She is in charge of the teachers’ in-service trainings, local curriculum work, language programme work and international projects and cooperation.

Laura Ritola (Master in Education) is an English teacher by profession and her current duties are related to curriculum support and implementation in early childhood foreign language pedagogy and Global Education

Ms. Rauhala (B.A.) is an educational sciences student at the University of Turku with studies also in the fields of psychology, business and HR, and sociology. As an education major, she is passionate about lifelong learning and the Finnish education system. She believes in change through education. In addition, Ms. Rauhala loves to learn new languages. She completed an Erasmus + university exchange in Spain as a part of her studies and wants to work toward everyone getting international learning opportunities. Ms. Rauhala is working for VisitEDUfinn part-time while finishing her studies.
