Teacher Training Courses

Participating in our teacher training programme provides teachers with a multifaceted opportunity for professional growth, personal development, international collaboration, and enhancement of teaching practices. It aligns with the global shift towards a more interconnected, multicultural, and digital world, preparing teachers for the future challenges and opportunities in education. Our courses are designed to meet the criteria for Erasmus+ Key Action 1 (KA1) training, making them suitable for participants within the Erasmus+ Programme. However, an Erasmus+ scholarship is not a prerequisite to join, making our courses accessible to educators worldwide!

We recognize the challenges faced by teachers and provide an extensive selection of courses to address their needs. Our courses accentuate important topics such as STEAM studies, meaningful utilization of digital tools, future skills, sustainable development, and supporting students’ well-being and mental health. Teachers are always looking for new ways to improve their teaching, and we want to provide concrete methods and tools instead of theory. All our courses include at least one visit to a Finnish education institute. Depending on the program and learning objectives, visits can range from kindergartens to universities. During these visits, participants can observe Finnish teachers in action, learn how they apply the Finnish national curriculum, and witness innovative methods firsthand.
