Want to apply for Erasmus+ KA1 and KA2 project funding?
WHAT IS ERASMUS+ ?
- The new Erasmus+ programme for the years 2021-2027 has launched with a budget of €26.2 billion to support mobility and cooperation. The budget has almost doubled from the previous seven-year term, significantly increasing the chances of securing a grant for your project!
- Erasmus+ Key Action 1 (KA1) provides learning mobility opportunities for teachers, pupils, non-teaching staff, and experts in education. KA1 funding can cover a wide range of activities, including job shadowing, professional development courses for staff, group mobility for pupils, and inviting experts. KA1 project funding covers all expenses, making participation an attainable possibility for all who are enthusiastic. The grant consists of separate lump sums for training course/job shadowing fees, travel tickets (depending on distance), accommodation, and food.
- Erasmus+ Key Action 2 (KA2) focuses on cooperation among organizations and institutions. It supports the development of partnerships that aim to exchange good practices, innovate, and create networks. KA2 projects are divided into two main types: Cooperation Partnerships (KA220) and Small-scale Partnerships (KA210). Cooperation Partnerships are ideal for larger, more experienced organizations, while Small-scale Partnerships are designed for grassroots organizations and newcomers to Erasmus+. Both types of partnerships foster cross-border collaboration, enhance institutional capacity, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions to educational challenges.
By participating in Erasmus+ KA2 projects, organizations can engage in meaningful collaborations that lead to impactful educational outcomes and strengthen their international networks.
