ACCOMMODATION
LIFE2021 venue is at Scandic Pohjanhovi, and you can reserve a room there on the hotel website. The buses for the school visits also leave from that hotel.
Rooms facing the river offer a pleasant, open view, and we have made a bulk reservation for LIFE2021 participants for those rooms. As March is still high season in Rovaniemi we recommend booking your hotel room quickly – our quota is quite limited. Please note that hotel quota will be released on January 12th. After that date rooms for the special rates cannot be guaranteed.
The booking for accommodation is separated from the online registration for LIFE2021. Cancellation policy for LIFE2021 bookings in Scandic Pohjanhovi:
– Reservations can be changed or cancelled until 18:00 local time on the day of arrival
– Cancellations made after 18.00 on arrival day incur in a charge of full room rate.
